We realize that your time is as valuable to you as ours is to us. Our staff is committed to doing everything we can to be ready for you at your scheduled appointment. On the day of your dental visit, please allow yourself sufficient time to check in and complete necessary paperwork. If you will not be able to keep your appointment we do request a 24 Hour notification in advance.

As a courtesy, a staff member will confirm your appointment two days before your scheduled visit. We ask for a return confirmation call to secure your appointment.

Dental Insurance:
Please check the information provided by your employer or insurance company to ensure that you will receive the best benefits for treatment in our practice. While many people think dental insurance "covers everything," most plans have various restrictions - either in the amount they pay annually or in the services "covered."

Financial Policy:
As a courtesy we will file your insurance claims and make every effort to help you interpret your insurance policy, however, you are responsible for any fees not paid by your insurance at the time of service.
